Yes — booking ahead ensures your spot in our saunas, ice baths, or guided sessions. Walk-ins are welcome depending on availability.

Bring a towel, swimsuit, and a water bottle. We provide everything else you need for a comfortable heat or cold experience.

Our five baths range from 4°C to 12°C, so you can choose the level that matches your experience and comfort. Perfect for progression.

Most guests enjoy 10–15 minutes per round. Listen to your body, take breaks, and move between heat and cold at your own pace.

Absolutely. Our team guides first-timers through both heat and cold practices, offering tips on breathing, relaxation, and pacing. Everyone starts somewhere.
