Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Pulse Sauna Ice Club's facilities, services, website, and booking platform. By entering our premises, purchasing a pass, or making a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before your first visit.

Pulse Sauna Ice Club is operated by Pulse Wellness Marbella S.L., located at AV. Pilar Calvo, Puerta 16-17, Edificio Plaza de Toros, 29660 Marbella, Spain. You can reach us at info@pulse.com.

You must be 18 years of age or older to use our facilities without parental or guardian consent. Minors aged 16–17 may participate with written consent from a parent or legal guardian.

By booking or entering our facilities, you confirm that you:

• Are in good general health and not aware of any medical condition that would make sauna or cold water immersion inadvisable
• Are not pregnant, unless you have received medical clearance from your doctor
• Do not have uncontrolled high or low blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, epilepsy, or open wounds
• Are not under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs
• Will inform a staff member of any relevant health conditions before participating

We strongly recommend consulting a healthcare professional before your first contrast therapy session if you have any existing health conditions. Pulse accepts no liability for health incidents arising from undisclosed medical conditions.

Sessions must be booked in advance through our website or app. Walk-ins are welcome subject to availability but cannot be guaranteed. Booking confirmation is sent via email and is required for entry.

Session credits and passes are subject to the following conditions:

• Credits are non-transferable and may only be used by the account holder
• Packs of 3 or 10 credits are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase
• Monthly memberships renew automatically unless cancelled at least 7 days before the renewal date
• Unused credits from a membership do not roll over to the following month
• Guest passes included in memberships are single-use, non-transferable, and expire at the end of the billing month

We understand plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made more than 12 hours before a session will receive a full credit refund to your account
• Cancellations made within 12 hours of the session start time will forfeit the session credit
• No-shows forfeit the session credit without exception
• Session packs and intro offers are non-refundable once purchased
• Monthly memberships may be cancelled at any time with 7 days' notice; no partial-month refunds are issued

In the event that Pulse cancels a session due to operational reasons, a full credit refund will be issued to your account.

We are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for all members and guests. By using our facilities you agree to:

• Shower before entering any sauna or ice bath
• Use a towel at all times when sitting in the sauna
• Respect quiet and mindful atmosphere — loud conversations and phone calls are discouraged inside treatment areas
• Follow all instructions given by Pulse staff
• Not bring glass containers, alcohol, or food into treatment areas
• Treat other guests, staff, and facilities with care and respect

Pulse reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person from the premises who violates these rules, behaves abusively, or poses a risk to themselves or others. No refund will be issued in such circumstances.

Sauna and cold water immersion carry inherent risks. You participate voluntarily and at your own risk. Pulse Sauna Ice Club, its staff, and its operators accept no liability for:

• Personal injury, illness, or adverse health reactions arising from the use of our facilities
• Loss or theft of personal belongings on the premises
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our liability for any direct loss or damage shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific session or service in question.

All content on our website and app — including text, images, video, logos, and design — is the property of Pulse Wellness Marbella S.L. and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our express written permission.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Málaga, Spain.
